Greetings from my third grade classroom. My name is Kay Moore, and this is my twenty-eighth year of teaching at Roby. My teaching career started in Roby after I graduated from Tarleton in 1973. I have taught kindergarten through eighth grade. I now have the pleasure of teaching with some of my former students.

I have a self-contained classroom with nineteen students. This is the largest group of students I have had in my room in a long time. Teaching school and raising my family in a small school like Roby have been very rewarding. The community, parents, faculity, and administration all work together to provide the best possible education for our children. I feel blessed that I have had the opportunity to be part of this special place.
